Welcome to the 2017 Association for Accessible Medicines (AAM) Fall Technical Conference!

Conference Materials – Download the “Attendee Hub” Mobile App All conference materials (including agenda, attendee list, speaker biographies, presentations) will be available via the mobile app. AAM will send out directions to download the mobile app to all attendees prior to the conference. Be sure to download the mobile app in advance of the conference.

Registration Desk The registration desk for the USP Workshop and the Fall Technical Conference is located on the Grand Ballroom level in the foyer at the top of the escalator. Considering checking in to the Fall Technical Conference on Monday morning to avoid the registration rush Monday afternoon.

Name Badges Name badges are required for entry to all events including the plenary session, meal functions and receptions, as well as the evening dinner party. Security will be on-site for all events so please do not forget to wear your badge.

Meals Breakfast for registered AAM Fall Technical Conference attendees will be available on both Tuesday and Wednesday beginning at 7:00 a.m. in Salon A-C. Lunch will be served for attendees on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday in Salon A-C and White Oak (lower level). AAM is happy to accommodate any special dietary needs or requests. Please e-mail any dietary needs to Jennifer Soup (, including vegetarian, kosher meals, and/or food allergies.

Dinner and Entertainment Join your friends and colleagues at the AAM Lip Sync Battle on Tuesday, November 7. The networking reception takes place from 6:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. in the ballroom foyer prior to the dinner party from 6:30 p.m.- 9:00 p.m. There is still time sign up. Taxi Service Please note that taxis may not be available on the hotel property unless arranged in advance. Attendees may call the hotel transportation office to arrange for a taxi. WMATA Transportation White Flint Metro Station (Red Line) is within walking distance, approximately 0.3 miles east of the Bethesda North Marriott Hotel and Conference Center. Attendees may find more information at the WMATA website:

Parking The Conference Center parking lot is under construction as it is in the process of being converted into a parking garage. Overnight hotel guests will still be able to park in the hotel parking lot. Those of you NOT staying overnight at the hotel will need to park in the secured garage at 6130 Executive Blvd Rockville, MD 20852 (just a few blocks from the conference center, approximately 4 minute drive). Please add an extra 15 minutes to your commute to the Conference Center to ensure you will not be late for the meeting. The conference center will provide shuttles to and from the garage which will run continuously. Parking for all AAM CMC Workshop attendees is complimentary.
